You can either "pay as you go" on a per campaign basis or you can "buy in bulk" and subtract from a total amount of credits as you mail.
Qualifying 501(c)(3) non-profits mail free up to 10,000 emails per month on a pay-as-you-go basis. Plus 15% off on all emails over 10,000.
